Efficient Facilities
International (EFI) began as a dedicated partnership between former
Big Five management consultant Lisa
Whitsett and former physics and engineering instructor Steven
Wills. Whitsett and Wills recognized the potential to combine
their expertise to build and run a facility management and services
company. Hallmarked by well-defined process and advanced technology,
EFI's client base has grown 6-fold in just 12 months.
Lisa
Whitsett gained her experience in business management through years
in Big Five consulting. During this time, she focused on business
process, training and development, and workforce management. Whitsett
says that, "we hire good people who take pride in what they
do. We stay focused on process, which ultimately leads to the highest
quality service for our customers."
Steven Wills’
education and experience in physics, engineering, and construction
services provides the know-how and content knowledge for EFI. Wills
says that "much of a company's capital is invested in the physical
space from which they conduct business. Our purpose is to maintain
and, in many cases, increase the value of this asset."
The team who
manages EFI applies more than 200 years of combined experience to
meet customers' needs every day. Whitsett adds that EFI’s
management team is "skilled in areas of process engineering,
workforce development, knowledge management, and change management.
These business skills, married with facility management know-how,
make us different."
