EFI University will offer career development opportunities for all employees through structured skill-building and knowledge aquisition activities.

EFI University will be the springboard for aligning our people with our company. In addition to skills and knowledge, employees wil be exposed to EFI culture and values. It is also the first interaction they will have with team members on a national level.

EFI is currently negotiating with a major online educational service provider to design and deliver classes and training aligned with EFI's goals and objectives. EFI employees will be able to utilize a virtual classroom experience in the very near future.
