with Grammercy Place Condominiums to provide services.

EFI won Grapevine-Colleyville
Independent School District's vote of confidence to provide
custodial services to both high schools. EFI will service a total
of approximately 1 million square feet of cleanable area per service
day.
Mr.
Augusto Osorio was promoted from Cleaning Technician to
Cleaning Technician Supervisor. Mr. Osorio has been with EFI for
more than 2 years, providing service to Hitachi Consulting in Dallas,
TX. His outstanding performance for that client and his communication
skills will be valued in his role as Supervisor at many EFI client
sites.
Mr.
Nick Curcio
takes his post as Director of Delivery Operations. Mr. Curcio's
background in Finance was earned through years of service at Citicorp
in Irving, TX and his skills in project management, scheduling,
and resource allocation further support EFI's focus on process-driven
service delivery.
Ms.
Susan Dobbs
accepts the baton from Ms. Clark as Quality Assurance Manager. Ms.
Dobbs' has several years of experience in Sales and Quality Assurance
in a variety of service-oriented environments. Among other responsibilities,
she will manage the process around the Tenant Service Requestor
System (TSR Plus) for EFI.

Ms.
Danielle Mercurio joined
EFI Dallas/Fort Worth to manage recruiting and human resources functions.
With a focus on international business from University of Texas
at Arlington, Ms. Mercurio brings several years of business experience
in a variety of environments.
Ms.
Jenny Lux became a part of the Busines Development group
this month as well. As a graduate of Texas A & M, she joins
the team with 5 years of experience in the service industry. Her
focus is on the growth and development of the religious centers
vertical.
Mr.
Steve Valudos joins EFI in the Business Development group.
His focus will be to further develop our growing service in condominium
and community properties. Mr. Valudos brings more than 5 years of
experience in the service industry and an educational focus in marketing
from the University of North Texas.

Communications has become EFI's provider for telecommunications
and data services including GPS tracking of service delivery personnel.

Mr.
Gerald Sobocinski joined EFI Dallas/Fort Worth as the Director
of Finance. Mr. Sobocinski brings more than 30 years of business
and financial management experience. His professional background
includes various corporate management and executive leadership positions,
and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Cathy Lux, Office Manager for EFI Dallas/Fort Worth, was
named Employee of the Month for her contributions. Ms. Lux handles
office administration, sales support, and operations support.
